Rick McAlister is a singer, songwriter, composer, producer, studio jockey, and all around one-man band who grew up in Ohio and now lives in the wonderfully weird mountain haven of Asheville, North Carolina.Citing influences ranging from Dizzy Gillespie to Moby and from Opera to Rap, McAlister's music is an eclectic and accessible blend of pop, funk, jazz, and folk.
