This album, from its conception in the fall of 2013 to its completion in the spring of 2015, took me from being a senior in college to living on my own, and saw me move from a dorm to an apartment, from there to a boarding house, and from there to a house shared with friends. In each place I lived, I utilized my bedroom for recording instruments (including any object I could bang on for percussion) and harmonies. Limited only by the constraints of my computer recording software (much to my lament, my program only allowed me to record 40-some tracks per song), I recorded whenever I had the chance, and I've finally got a finished product. What you hear is all played or sung by me, save for some lovely harmonies on"New Music Don't Swing Like it Used To," sung by Emily Summers. With this album, I wanted to create an experience that would make people smile, and remind them just how fun music can be! Enjoy!
