Skinwalker is a term for a malevolent Navajo shape-shifting spirit. The material on this 5 track EP shows a transition of Bombardier's work from fast and distorted hardcore into a new phase of slower, darker, and more lucid work. The title track,"Skinwalker" introduces a religious ferver trapped inside the slow tempo cages. Like an animal raging to escape, the music peaks during"Instinct" and collapses in defeat as the EP closes with the cinematic"Doubt."
