张帅作曲家扶持计划（Zhang Shuai Composer Support Plan）是由著名作曲家、中央音乐学院作曲系张帅教授发起并担任制作人的青年作曲家扶持出版计划。此计划的首批专辑为“100张中国原创钢琴曲专辑创作出版计划”(100 Chinese Original Piano Works Albums Publishing Plan)，是中央音乐学院北京环球音像出版有限公司在2022年推出的出版系列，这是一个面向全球音乐人，特别是中国高等院校音乐专业学生开展的创作出版计划，旨在挖掘优秀青年创作人才，将他们的钢琴作品推广给全球音乐爱好者，向世界展示中国年轻一代作曲家的才华与潜力。该计划拟定每一季遴选12位优秀且风格鲜明的青年作曲家，为其创作的10首原创钢琴作品量身打造出版实体唱片专辑，并在全世界各大主流音乐平台数字发行。 009《勇士的肖像画(Portraiture of the Warrior)》专辑简介：在成为勇士的道路上，总会经历无数的支离，或是沉默，或是抵抗，或是孤独，但他们的内心一定是热爱着的，并且是最纯粹的。追光的同时，能成为自己，也成为他人的光，我们未尝不可“自不量力”地做一个勇士，给自己寄予希望，自我祝福，让自己有能力守护着心中最真挚的热爱，拥有改变自己就可以改变世界的决心。创作这张专辑的过程也是一个自我疗愈的过程，十首曲子看似是十个独立的个体，但是加起来才是一个完整的作品，每一首又与其他的九首有所连结，它们之中都埋藏着线索。如果我们不幸地成为了一只失群的飞鸟，带着支离的羽翼，踩着破碎的记忆与软烂的日常，也要记得在这张专辑中寻见一个栖息地，重新拼凑自己的人生。Zhang Shuai Composer Support Plan, initiated by renowned composer Prof. Zhang Shuai from the Composition Department of the Central Conservatory of Music and curated under his leadership, is a publication program dedicated to nurturing young composers.The plan's inaugural project, titled the"100 Chinese Original Piano Works Albums Publishing Plan" was launched in 2022 as a publication series by Beijing Global Audio-Visual Publishing Co., Ltd., an affiliate of the Central Conservatory of Music. This global initiative targets music professionals worldwide, with particular emphasis on students majoring in music at Chinese institutions of higher education. Its objective is to identify and cultivate outstanding young compositional talents, promote their piano works to international audiences, and showcase the creativity and potential of China's emerging generation of composers.The program aims to select 12 exceptional young composers with distinctive musical styles each season. For each selected composer, the plan will commission the creation of 10 original piano works, produce a custom-designed physical album, and distribute the recordings digitally across major global music platforms.009 “Portraiture of the Warrior” Album Introduction:Album Introduction: On the road to becoming a warrior, there will always be reduced to fragments, either silence, resistance, or loneliness, but their hearts must be loving and pure. While pursuing light, we can become both ourselves and others' light. We cannot be brave beyond our means, placing hope and blessings on ourselves, and empowering ourselves to guard our most sincere love. With the determination to change ourselves, we can change the world.The process of creating this album is also a self-healing process. The ten pieces may seem like ten independent individuals, but together they form a complete work, each piece being connected to the other nine pieces, all of which contain clues. If we unfortunately become a stray bird with scattered wings, stepping on shattered memories and fragile daily lives, we must also remember to find a habitat in this album and reassemble our lives.
