Sittin' Pretty is the third release from Craig Gildner & The Blue Sky 5. There's a new lineup of musicians, and a new focus on getting the feel just right. Vintage instruments, classic arrangements, and a slavish dedication to the swing idiom gives this album the feel of small groups from Count Basie, Benny Goodman, Coleman Hawkins, John Kirby, and Lester Young from the 30's and 40's.
