A bunch of musicians with well over a century of experience between them met in the hills of the Lower Clarence in northern NSW, Australia about a year ago and decided they needed to make some money. Badly. Playing three chord wonders as hired guns in the studio and on stage may pay the bills, but lacks challenge. They wanted more....Genre is a four letter word. This was the common ground. Fortunately their musicality surpassed their spelling capabilities.Old songs were warmed up and given a makeover, new songs were written and arranged. It all ended up on various local stages and eventually on this album.Currently they are looking at some bigger stages further afield. We do not know if those stages look back at them. Where this will lead only time can tell.. What we know for sure is that they still need to make some money. Badly.And that their spelling has not improved.
