"Cattleya" is the name of an American orchid variety, but it is also a metaphor used by French novelist Marcel Proust in his master piece"In Search of Lost Time". Here"Cattleya" stands for love, affection, eroticism...The German-Italian piano trio Cattleya was found in 1990 and"Le temps perdu" became their debut release.
