A few years back I decided to come up with some arrangements of Christmas tunes that would be classics one is used to hearing, but an arrangement that is at least a little different, and at most VERY different from what you are used to hearing. My favorite Christmas Album ever, is by someone from my own little town. Caroline Herring, in her Oxford Mississippi days, was playing with a group call"The Sincere Ramblers". This bluegrass group put out a Christmas CD, many many years ago. I came along one many years back, and it was just so different, that it quickly became my favorite of all times. I tried to put together a Christmas CD, but time constraints and legalities make a whole project very difficult. Therefore I am releasing just a couple this year, and then plan more for next year, maybe. I'm not sure. We live in such a single generation, that it's very hard to find the time and energy to put together a whole project. My future may be just releasing singles, and then when there are enough of them, putting them together and printing the physical CD at that point.
