This CD contains all of the tunes listed as"Traditional" Set Dances by the CLRG. They are the same recordings as my CD"Kick It Up A Notch", but they are at the new speeds. It also includes reels (118) , hornpipes (138), and jigs at treble jig speed (92) from my CD"Champtrax". I'm playing all of the instruments: fiddle, mandolin, guitar, whistle, banjo, and bodhran. There are no electronic isntruments, computer effects, or drum machines. The click you will hear on the upbeat is the side of the bodhran. Although my dog Merry is pictured on the back cover, he does not make a vocal appearance as he did on the"Champtrax" CD.
