All the Queen’s Men has been almost two decades in the making. Courtney moved to Texas in 1996 and wrote the first verse of"I Hang My Hat in Texas" two years later, then put it away for another seven years, finishing the remaining verses in 2005. It would've sat unheard forever if musical friends had not encouraged her to share it. The remaining songs were written over several years, mostly inspired by various breakups, until she and Randon met in 2011. When life gives you pain, make art! Randon brought these songs to life and inspired more. We hope you enjoy the results of our collaboration.
