I am primarily a songwriter trying to get my music heard by as many people as possible. I also sing and play rhythm guitar, but my main gig is songwriting. My style is somewhere in the area of Country, Folk and Blues. I like many lyricalthemes, but my favorites are Comedy/Novelty and Love Ballads. What's nice is if you can combine the two into one song.Now, that's funny! I have been influenced by many great writers. Among them are Mac Davis, Neil Diamond, Jimmy Buffet, Shel Silverstein, Dolly Parton, Paul Overstreet, John Denver, Billy Joel and a host of others. Too many to enumerate here. My sincere hope is that people can relate to what I have to say in my songs. I believe that is what it's all about.
