Raised in over 9 different countries around the world, ATlas BLK's unique past has led to his music generally focusing on the real life experiences and contradictions that we face as we survive the modern age, being bombarded by the media about how we should live while remaining true to ourselves and beliefs; his subject matter ranges from the false 'reality' that hip hop has come to portray (Murder & B**ches), to more political work that asks questions such as"how're you gonna tell me I could get a longer prison sentence selling drugs than I could for rape, or shooting somebody, stabbing somebody...shiit, if you don't know, ask somebody" (Everybody Criminal). With a perspective that encompasses a wide range of the human experience, ATlas BLK's strengths lie in his ability to connect with a vast audience who have experienced as much negativity as they have positivity.
