Bio: This Patch of Sky is an instrumental/post-rock group from Oregon. What started out as a work of passion for the guys has transformed into something bigger. As fans began popping up across the globe, the band realized that what they have to say has found an audience. In June of 2012, TPoS introduced their sophomore release: Newly Risen, How Brightly You Shine. The goal for this EP was to make the music bigger and more open, to try and express what was in their hearts: hope.The recent additions of Austin Zentz on guitar and Chris King on synth/keys has made their sound fuller, adding a new and unique direction to their music. The band plans on being back in the studio shortly to record a full length.
