The idea behind this project was to get some friends in the studio to record a few of my original songs. What came out of this were some great renditions of music that I had only previously heard in my head. Having generous and talented friends is a blessing that paid off in some very cool tracks that we are all proud of. Much like my influences The Beatles, The Rolling Stones, Led Zeppelin, Pink Floyd, and David Bowie we just let the music dictate the direction. This EP harkens back to a day when it wasn't necessary to be categorized and sub-categorized as a band. It was enough just to say that you were a rock band. It didn't matter if you threw in a classic style blues track or something avant-garde. Music was accepted as the artist's creative vision. This music is just the beginning of my creative vision.
