She started out at the open stages at Earl's Pub (Earl of the legendary"Earl of Old Town"). Years later, Donna would join Tom Dundee participating in his"Somebody Else's Troubles Sundays" concert series at the same location. She performed at the Uncommon Ground Coffeehouse for many years, and has also appeared at Schuba's, The Heartland Cafe, Charlie's Coffeehouse & Two Way Street Coffeehouse, and for Songwriters Night at the Bluebird Cafe in Nashville.
