"Your new favourite band. Trust me on this. But if you are looking for who or what they sound like then I’d go for angular, chiming guitars, howled and shrieked lyrics." - Unpeeled.net"Itch are eminently well named, making what is ostensibly raucous indie music but with something of an unsettling edge, just slightly twitchy, off kilter." - Echos & Dust"Inspired by bands like Trail of the Dead, The Appleseed Cast and Spy Versus Spy, they throw a wild mixture of energetic rock being a bit difficult to place. To my ears they sound like many and none, but, maybe, imagine (when using old-school references) Pixies clashing into Pavement." - Luna Kafe"Itch are from Leeds, UK have been around since 1999 but why do I get the feeling that no-one knows about them yet? I’m not sure people in masses ever will nor am I sure that they really should but they’ve certainly ticked some boxes for me. Lines such as “YOU’RE NOT SO BIG AND CLEVER” and “WHAT DO WE DO WITH A DRUNKEN FAILURE?” take you to places of mid-90s emo with playful meters and sincere melodies to keep you coming back." - The Plastic Fuzz
