Ouroboros is the result of taking about a year to fully capture the music Delicious Friction has been working on. Taking the time to finish writing some songs, while focusing on having fun making music together. Often times, bands will form some songs, and dive into a studio to record them as efficiently as possible. Instead, Delicious Friction took a longer-term approach to working with each song and then recording it as it progressed. Though there are many loud, blazing, in-your-face rock tracks, there are also some very up-close and personal moments throughout. Some punk roots expand into the territory of many other rock styles, and even a little bit of"red dirt" flavor on tracks such as"Econoline."One thing is certain. This is not your grandfather's rock music. This is pure rock lightning catching the prairie on fire. This is Delicious Friction. This is the album you have been waiting to play at maximum volume.
