Having been a traveling musican providing vocals and lead guitar has afforded me a view of the world of love and politic's over the years. I've always tried to write as cinematic as possible hopefully allowing the listener to imagine being in these stories. Coming from the midwest playing in bands in the Detroit and Ohio area and then into the early 70's becoming a singer song writer on the road performing at colleges all over the east coast and midwest. Experiencing that wonderful period where audiences sat and listened closely to the stories of each song. This is my favorite period and I've tried to re-capture those kinds of songs on my CD's.
