"I wrote and recorded this album a few years ago during a period of deep introspection and profound growth. Although time has passed and so much has happened since then, the sentiment of what 2018 Ben had to say still resonates strongly with me.Thanks so much to Danny Goliger who co-produced, mixed, and mastered this whole thing, Sam Horn for collaborating and songwriting on a bulk of the songs, Justin Jay for helping release this project, and everyone else that provided guidance and support along the way.Enjoy my little capsule in time :)"-Ben
