This album is a collection of tracks picked from a ton of works I made in the late 90's to early 2000's that I had lying around. I chose these in particular because they don't include sampling of loops or melodies, and showcase more original creative musical ideas. Some of my friends will recognize most of these, but they're new to everyone else! I wanted to give the vibe of the original beat discs I used to take to the studio and have people freestyle or write to, which was fun, so each track contains 2 separate compositions that either match tempo, or just flow together for some other reason. These were all made on an Ensoniq ASR-10 sampling keyboard/workstation which I grew very fond of, but have since given up because of it's overall limitations. I had them recorded digitally on minidisc, so I was able to transfer and edit them together In Reason 7 pretty easily. Enjoy some beats!
