No mater who you are, there will likely be something on this album that will strike a chord. Faber’s newest release is a collection of original songs -- kind of like short stories set to some evocative music. Somewhat universal, yet at the same time, personal. Strong, yet sensitive. The style defies easy categorization, but elements of blues, jazz, roots-rock, folk and alt-country are felt. There’s an unexpected variety which can keep the listener engaged through a few unpredictable moments. Wounded Sky was recorded and produced at Lighthouse Records, and thanks to the musical genius of Tim Snow, the songs were brought to life and recorded with great care.
