Liberated Squid are a punk rock band from Tauranga, New Zealand. They write, record and play 'old fashioned' punk rock. Influences include The Newtown Neurotics, Stiff Little Fingers, The Clash and Ramones. Our songs cover a range of subjects sometimes political, sometimes fun, sometimes cynical. A combination of witty lyrics and self proclaimed poor musicianship make Liberated Squid a fun band to listen to.
