Livin’ Forgiven From Nappanee, Indiana, Livin’ Forgiven consists of Glenn & Ken Mullet, a father and son duo both playing acoustic guitar and taking turns singing lead and harmony, along with Glenn’s daughter-in-law Sheila Mullet who plays bass and adds the third harmony. Although not an official part of the group, Irvin Eby from Cassopolis, Michigan joins in whenever he is available adding banjo, fiddle and mandolin. Livin’ Forgiven released their first and only project titled “God Is Love” in 2013 and is looking forward to recording another project in the near future.Glenn brings many years of singing and playing to the table, having been in a band with his brothers in his early twenties. Even at the golden age of 75, he is still able to use his gift to the honor and glory of God! In the summer he and his wife Mary Ellen live in Indiana and then spend the winter in Sarasota, Florida.Ken is also gifted in the musical field and could be found at the tender age of 5 leading songs in Sunday school. In recent years, he joined local singing classes where he developed his knowledge of music which in turn rekindled his love for singing, and was a music teacher for two years. After singing with Glenn at various gatherings, Ken was spurred on by the many requests that a CD be made from friends and family. When challenged by the song, “When The Story of My Life Is Told” Ken decided to make a CD with his dad. Sheila joined the Mullet family in 2001 when she married Glenn’s son Nathan. She grew up playing keyboard and piano and sang with her father in her teens, joined by her sister ten years ago. Sheila plays a variety of instruments including bass and acoustic guitar, mandolin, piano and keyboard. She enjoys using her gift of singing and playing as often as she can, praying that all who listen are uplifted and encouraged.
