Laura Molinelli has been a part of the New York and New England music scene for the past 15 years. With four self-produced albums of original material under her belt , she is readying to birth another collection of tunes in collaboration with her husband and former alt-rock band “SLIVER” frontman, Chris Clark (guitar,vocals). They are joined by Jim Gilmour (bass,vocals), John Clark (guitar) , Dylan Blake (drums) and other guest performers on this forthcoming album of 12 new originals dubbed “Cinematica”. Molinelli has shared the stage with some major acts, opening for such diverse artists as: Lucinda Williams, Dar Williams, Lucy Kaplansky, John Gorka, The Band, NRBQ, The Samples, Louise Taylor, Lisa McCormack , Rebecca Hall, Lou Gramm (former lead singer for 80s supergroup, Foreigner ) and “The Legendary Lead Singers of the Temptations”. Laura continues to perform with Southern Vermont’s favorite Bluegrass band, “The Bondville Boys” – featuring Jake Geppert, Tom Morris, Ben Campbell and Dennis Fink, but this new project takes a different turn.
