This album has been created for a very deliberate purpose. Observation of cinema points to the notion that the genre of family can, by some rights, be considered superior. When a family movie is frightening, it may be more so than a horror. When family movies are dramatic, they may be more dramatic than dramas. Treating the audience with a type of universalization, reaches the young man in the old, the grown man in the young, and creates understandings that, in fact, cross the sexes. So if the movies benefit from this high position, an album may be devised that borrows--philosophically--from the family genre, within its lyrics, and therefore, subject-matter. Musically, all that needed to be added was soft rock instrumentation, something that already is quite family.
