“Anne Hills is such an exquisite singer that it’s understandable that people might be swept up in the pure beauty of her voice and thereby overlook her writing. That would be a mistake. For me, Anne’s writing, in songs like ‘Follow That Road’ and many others, is as direct, melodic and deep as any work being done today. She is quite simply one of my absolute favorite songwriters.” — Tom Paxton"David (Roth) has reached our hearts. With voices like his still singing, there's a certainty that the candle will remain lit, the hope reasserted and the dreamstill sung..." Peter Yarrow (Peter, Paul, & Mary)"The CD has been in constant play in my commuting car ever since. In my mind, the alternate title is: Things that Must be Said! Songs that Must be Sung! ... Your voices work very well together, and the harmonies are beautifully constructed and executed!" a fan
