Jori and the PUSH happened by accident, as most good things in life do. Jori Teran and Eric Munch set out to make a couple"fun punk-rock songs" in hopes to snap them out of a bad funk. What was meant to be a little art therapy ended up becoming an ever evolving musical partnership. They wrote and recorded twelve demos in just two weeks, all of which are featured on their debut album,"The Heart Is Wise".Described to have the best of both worlds,"sweet, cocksure sleaze" while maintaining real musicality."The Heart Is Wise" is soaked with highs and lows of honest emotion, riff heavy landscapes, and fueled by rich vocal harmonies. Jori and the PUSH has been likened to artists such as Queens of the Stone Age and Fiona Apple."We play because we love to" and hopefully,"show there is more on display than sweaty flesh."The band consists of Jori Teran and brothers Remy and Eric Munch. They are currently booking shows throughout Seattle/NW and writing/recording their second album (TBA).Instrumentation:Jori Teran - Vocals/Lyrics Eric Munch - Drums/Guitars/Bass Remy Munch - GuitarsSam Wartenbee-BassDiscography:The Heart Is Wise - Promo EP Released November 19, 2011.
