Life 101 is true to the school of hard knocks, intuition and every possible twist and turn that this incredible journey we all go through takes us. This lyrical/musical collection is a book where as each song is a chapter and by the end we realize that collectively we've all been there. I personally have been there, done that and lived to tell about it. I sincerely hope this recording will be a blessing to some, a wake up call to others and healing to all in need.
