Ry & Cory Petermann are a father/son duo who bring their vocal harmonies to a pop/rock, lyricly based set of original songs which is hard to compare to other artists. At the heart of this collection of original songs are lyrics that can be heard once at face value, or examined deeply to feel underlying emotions we all experience at various times. They are seemingly unafraid to explore the mixed feelings we Americans have as we wade into this new century.Accessibly moving music is also central to Ry and Cory's"Step It Up" CD. It's hard not to get caught up in this music, though it's almost impossible to catagorize.Undoubtedly it's their vocal blend that sets these songs apart from other bands and artists.Ry's guitar work sings in many styles, and colors songs in a way that can only be had by loving the instrument over an extended relationship.Cory's fresh approach to the project injects the enthusiasm of youth we all love and remember.Together, they bring to you their important and unique CD"Step It Up".
