Bobby Hayden Jr, a former Rocker; Heroin Addict; Homeless; Redeemed by Jesus; Recovered and Restored. This is Bobby’s dedication to His Lord and Savior, which places Jesus front and center in this beautiful acoustic work accompanied on keyboard by Lexi Lee Laconi. It is an amazing rendition of the Gospel and Spiritual truths contained therein. So many are just “A Comin and a Goin without any regard to our eternal life or destiny. Once we are saved and redeemed by His blood, Jesus says “Bring Me Christians, Save Me Souls, Drink My Water til it Overflows”. Bobby spent ten years addicted to heroin, was homeless and on the brink of death. His body was riddled with needles, as he smoked (re-rolls from cigarette butts) and begged for money as a homeless indigent rocker whose fall from grace landed him in the pits of despair. Once Bobby “Gave it all back to God”, realized how desperately he needed Jesus, and cried out, “I need You Jesus” God’s “Grace In Place of Grace” began to have a profound effect on his life as he realized the Spiritual truth of the Gospel “For God So Loved the World” that “He Gave His Only Son”. Glimpses of “Heaven” began to shine upon Bobby’s life, as his spiritual sight began to reveal “Eyes Wide Open” at the prospect of the return of our King. It was at that juncture that Bobby realized that “Jesus in the Miracle Business” and he himself is a witness to it by the very restoration of his own life. He pondered and marveled at how God brought this whole project to fruition, from his meeting with Lexi Lee Laconi who now accompanies him on keyboard and backup vocals, and graciously has come alongside him to serve in ministry for Cardboard Ministries as well. He was humbled at how God brought him an amazing and talented Executive Producer Del Bock of Virtue International Records along with Hadassah Shabnam Lal of IJN Consulting who serves as the Director of Marketing, Publicity, Website Development and Social Media on this project. Ron Deutschendorf (John Denver’s brother) who is a well known music industry professional came alongside to assist with the contractual stipulations. As they arduously worked on this project for over a year, everyone has realized that they are all “Diamond in the Rough” being fashioned by God for his purpose.
