Dan McDonough and Christie Prince started working in summer 2011 on an overdue collaborative effort. What resulted was a Hawaiian-themed downtempo song about a girl meeting a guy on a beach. The song's melody soars over a unique arrangement that includes Tahitian-style guitar playing and Turntablism. This helps set the mood for the lyrics, which take the listener to a far away place where the sky is red and the waves crash gently.
