This album is about relationships, heartbreak, perspective, cigarettes, bluebirds, loneliness, love, lust, pride, contempt, solitude, ginger ale, jellyfish, lollipops, rejection, denial, and flowers. It is driven by the speaker's unabashedly selfish lyrics, which, though relatable on a human level, betray his character as stubborn and self- interested. Writing this record was my way of getting in touch with my deepest desires and fears and channelling them into a medium that could be universally understood. This record was made on a $0 budget. All recording, mixing, and mastering software was free to download and all physical recording equipment was borrowed or found. As I'm still learning the recording process, any and all constructive criticism is welcome. I can be reached at colezoll@gmail.com. Special thanks to Berkeley Lincicome, Kyle Simpson, and everyone else who has given me feedback and support throughout this process.
