From the symphonic beginning to the dramatic finale,"In Light" is a Christian rock album of prayer and praise. Singer- songwriter Robert Quirarte makes music with a landscape of synthesizers and guitars to create a personal album. Songs like"Love Rescue Me" and"The Love And The Sacrifice" describe the feelings of the new believer in Jesus."I Will Praise You","Praise Be", and"To You We Give The Glory" sing out in joyful noise. There is a cry for forgiveness in the appropriately titled"Forgive Me"."Mary" is different in that it describes a point of view of Jesus' mother. And there are moments of prayer in"Don't Let Me Fall","Hear My Prayer", and"Savior"."In Light" is the first Christian rock album by Robert Quirarte. Being a songwriter for 30 years, he draws upon his past influences to make a sound that reflects who he was and who he now is in Christ.
