“The Procession” beautifully showcases Fierke’s hypnotic compositions and ethereal voice. Known for her mesmerizing live performances, the album captures the essence of Fierke’s compelling artistry, combining intelligent and emotionally textured lyrics with arpeggiated guitar and haunting and seductive vocals. Fierke’s songs are simultaneously dark yet innocent, fragile yet fervently impassioned. Well heeled in the Twin Cities music scene, Fierke has been performing since the age of 16. She has recorded with engineers Joey Heines (Ozark and Asher) and Andre LaSalle (Decay) at the legendary Pachyderm Studio.
