从雨锟到雨然，是我给自己松绑的过程。“然”这个字，更接近我享受的生命状态——自然而然，不必知其所以然。过去很长一段时间里，我发现自己仍然不自觉地活在一种逃离和追逐态中。于是我慢慢停下来，开始向内抽丝剥茧。当我愿意真正直面内在的恐惧，我的生命才开始质的松动，世界终于轻松起来。现在，我只想身心合一，脚踩大地。简单地，轻轻舒展，轻轻跳起，轻轻回来。万千个细胞与脚步合流，心流的喜悦自溢，遍及身体，遍及脚步，遍及每一个当下。这就是望春生花。From 雨锟 to 雨然, it has been a process of unbinding myself.The character “然” feels closer to the state of life I want to enjoy — letting things be, naturally and effortlessly, without needing to know exactly why or how.For a long time, I realized that I was still unconsciously living in a state of escape and pursuit. So I slowly stopped, turned inward, and began peeling back the layers of myself.Only when I became willing to truly face the fears within did my life begin to loosen at a deeper level, and the world finally started to feel lighter.Now, all I want is to be united in body and heart, with my feet on the earth. Simply, gently stretching, gently leaping, and gently returning.When thousands of cells merge with my footsteps, the joy of flow naturally overflows — through the body, through each step, through every present moment.This is Awaiting Spring, Flowers Bloom.
