Like a bar mitzvah or a fine wine, Distant Towers has come of age. The current crew line up (Tom McCaffrey/Tony Wood/Preston Richardson) hammered home their 4th bag of ear candy and the goodies seem to be sticking together. But maturity has not spoiled the bands sense of youthfulness even when originated from aged vessels. To the contrary"Time to Fly" is precisely where the band needed to be to say the things they wanted to say. Boxed and bound for delivery, all one need do is strap on the earbuds, lean back and be prepared to meet the Tooth Fairy. Time to Fly......is now.
