The distance was decided before the sound was ever played."Gretsch" quietly opens a new chapter for NEON LANE.Inspired by the hard, solitary guitar tones reminiscent of Regal Lily's"Rickenbacker,"the song unfolds as a stripped-down alternative rock trackwhere restraint speaks louder than emotion.Unassertive guitars, controlled rhythms, and vocals that refuse to over-explain their feelings. What resonates here is not impulse, but space. There is no attempt to touch or understand-only the shared presence of standing in the same night."Gretsch" is not a song that begins a story. It exists after something has already been lost, with only the sound continuing to ring.It marks the entrance to a new kind of quiet for NEON LANE.
