There are people who seem to have lots of voices, that produce almost a musical composition, a bouquet of sounds... There are unstable voices; They change twenty or thirty times a single day… The others don’t notice it but I feel it. As soon as they say a word, I see it and if suddenly another voice speaks, spots develop, extraneous syllables creep. In that case I don’t understand anything else… Any noise disturbs me… Changes in lines and confuses me… I say a word and immediately. Some lines appear before my eyes… I touch them… they fade away for a few, in touch with my hand… Here comes smoke, fog… The more I hear speaking, the more it becomes hard… So anything of the meaning of the words remains to me… (Š.V.
