Soundtrack to an imaginary horror film about working for minimum wage as a cook in a diner. Recorded in Eugene, Oregon in 1988 on a Vestax 4 track Cassette using a Kawai K1-m and an Alesis MidiVerb-II except the last track, which is an acoustic guitar through an analog delay and chorus, and possibly the same MidiVerb. I brought the original unnamed recording to work with me where I worked at a Retro-Styled 50's Diner and would play it while another cook (also a musician) and I would do prep before the diner opened. After several days of this, he asked me,"What is this? The Soundtrack to the Diner of Fear?" And so it became. Originally"released" on cassette back then but mostly traded to other home tapers.
