Sticky Situation is a 6-piece alternative rock band from San Francisco who write original songs about what matters most to them. They range in age between 10-11 years old, they switch instruments, and they argue endlessly about everything. They have played live at street fairs, their school's FunFest, and private parties and benefit shows. Their first EP"Summer in San Francisco" showcases their songwriting talent and enthusiasm for writing original music, as well as their cheeky take on the dismal summer weather in San Francisco, the demands of 5th grade, and other insights into what being 10 years old and growing up in San Francisco is really like. Mentored by Mia Simmans (Frightwig, Mudwimin, Mama Mia d'Bruzzi), this band is unafraid of saying just exactly what they mean, and it sounds like the future of rock and roll.
