Uncle Book is a Dallas, Texas based songwriter and musician. He blends the styles of Blues, Folk, and Rock in a fun, straight forward, style of music. Jalapeno Overdrive is the debut album by Uncle Book. The album features many of the musicians and friends Book has worked with over his 20+ years of songwriting. Friends and fan participation also played a part in this project, as Uncle Book let his friends and fans choose everything from the album name to the album artwork. Uncle Book is the “stage name” for songwriter Tim Worley. The name “Uncle Book” was given to Tim by his kid nephew. After years of playing in local bands like Second Chance Sunday and Side of Blue, Worley decided that it was time to begin recording and playing some of his own original work.
