Jason Mythos started as a Rave DJ mixing vinyl on turntables at clubs all over the East Coast of the United States back in 1997. During this time Jason played at some of the largest venues with some of the biggest names in the industry including DJ Skribbles from MTV. In addition to DJ'ing Jason also was a contributing editor to the independent IDM magazine"FAQT". In time Jason found mixing on turntables a limitation and began studying both computer audio production technology and music theory. Jason bridged the gap from turntable mixing to production by getting involved in remix communities, most notably FIXT Remix and the Nine Inch Nails Remix Community. Jason has placed in several remix contest and has had several of his remixes released on independent record labels. After several years of remixing Jason learned enough to finally begin producing his own material. As a producer Jason brings a unique sound with him. A sound that is a fusion of old school Rave DJ with New School technology.
