Pureape is a collective of musicians writing and producing electronic/pop songs together and performing in the underground music scene. After having released the mini album 'Some Music' on the London based label Matchbox Recordings and after having given away for free some sexy and clinical tracks on their own label AlpineChic, the apes finally produced their debut full-length album ?Very Dirty?. Due to numerous live appearances in some of the best swiss music clubs and their passionate love for motorik beats, synthetic songwriting, distorted guitars and pop harmonies, Pureape developed a distinctively and unique sound between minimal electronica and sophisticated electro-rock in pop format. The album is the logical result of 2 years of experiences and changes within a band that can perform as duo or trio offering every time an eccentric and unique live show made of electro disco moments and artificial punk explosions blended with quiet moments of melancholy and subtlety. Andrea Pestoni (vox, guit, prg), Amin Khatir (guit, prg, vox) and Donat Fulda (synths/vox), who come all from different music adventures with previous electronic, rock, pop or jazz projects, play music with their hearts.
