This album is the fourth studio project for Seiyéfa following an EP in 2003, an 8 track album in 2005 and the release of the single OVER (Remix) in 2010. However, it is the first project to include varying styles of performance to engage the listener in a multi-dimensional experience of worship. The music styles range from RnB, Reggae to Contemporary Christian music. The listener who enjoy gospel greats such as Cece Winans, Pastor Shirley Caesar, Kirk Franklin, Mary Mary and Donnie McKlurkin will love this package of uncompromising message, uplifting and challenging lyric and music to refresh and engage.Seiyéfa’s early experience in the worship ministry began from the age of around 7 in her local church children’s choir where she sang and led the group in worship as assistant choir leader. All through her teenage years, she was involved in varying choirs and really put her hand to writing at the age of 13. It was around this time that the original version of the single OVER was written and subsequently released on her EP in 2003. After an album in 2005 which was followed by a 5-year break, Seiyéfa returns more confident and expressive than before and with a renewed sense of God’s undeniable presence in her life and worship journey and this is expressed in the tracks on the album which also include some tracks from the previous album which have been re-recorded. The 10-track album has a general message of starting over as the title suggests but even as the Bible says we must daily present ourselves as a living sacrifice, the album aims to remind the listener through individual tracks, that we all must daily fight for the destiny of God to be fulfilled by accepting his promises for us (MY TIME - also featured on 'THE ALBUM 2006' compilation by Redeeming Our Communities with over a thousand downloads), finding quite time with Him (IN THE NIGHT), staying positive (DREAM ON, HE SAID IT), making changes where necessary to reach our goal (CHANGE SOMETHING) and continuously praising (TRINITY, BLESS THE LORD).Seiyéfa will launching the album on the 4th of October 2011 at One Central Park in Manchester.
