This song was written because of some difficult things I have experienced in my own family. Having to walk through life with so many unexpected and uncontrollable events. Trusting in someone bigger than myself, God, has brought me comfort and peace in an otherwise"out of control" world. I have also watched in amazement the events unfolding in the world. It gives me plenty of reason to worry. We live in a time where we witness on a daily basis so many traumatic things that no other generation has had to deal with.
