Demon Bear is solo instrumental heavy shoegaze pedal steel music. This EP is called Primitive in part because some of it started with some very rough ideas and recordings at the foundation. The project is called Demon Bear, as coined by my daughter when talking about an animated movie while this was being created. Primitive was recorded in the Rock Cave in Austin, Texas, between 2013 and 2015; it was mixed and mastered and unleashed in 2016. -Alarmo
