Kevin Hambrick is a singer/songwriter from Fort Wayne, Indiana. His obsession with music goes without saying. The vault of music he has written throughout the years contains more than 400 songs. Hambrick is a multi-instrumentalist, playing guitar, piano, bass, drums, accordion and anything else in the room at the time. The solo albums he has released, recorded and engineered from a home studio, feature an intriguing and timeless magic. His influences range from a clever Beatles to a Wilco tone, delivering strong writing and catchy hooks. In 2005, a documentary was made about his art. The film, Paging Rascal Hanks, demonstrates Hambrick's struggles and solutions about being a musician in a small useless town, about his recovery from substance abuse and the power of a good chemical imbalance.
