Recorded at Arsenal Studios in Wheat Ridge, Colorado, Seris' debut full-length album, Rises, features 11 powerful tracks of progressive metal with a focus on odd time signatures and polyrhythm. With strong, sultry female vocals, the sound is reminiscent of Evanescence in a new age of metal with influences from Tool, Mudvayne, Sevendust, and even Meshuggah.
