Stoney B has been performing the blues for 42 years all around America. His father Lil' Howlin' Wolf began his discovery for the blues and he has taken this passion and developed a Chicago Blues style with a southern flavour largely influenced by Muddy Waters, Jimmy Reed and BB King. A New York Times reporter wrote about Stoney B and Grampa Elliott"They know that it is their blues, the sorrowful, beautiful, haunting sound of bending guitar strings and weeping harmonica, that draws the tourists to them...Look for the big crowd, and in the middle will be the two men the tourists know only as Stoney and Grampa." Stoney B is noted for his dynamic vocals and soulful guitar.
