Sid Root's musical life's been lucky.  His deep stash of blues, country, celtic and modern song draws on a life of work, play and listening onstage. At age 12 he “ran away to the Festival,” to be personally schooled, young and up close, by four decades of major folk talents. His surprising guitar-driven live sets are spiked with banjo, mandolin, and a capella hooks: old songs,"new old ones," a great story, a laugh or a tear.  Ask"did you write that?" and he'll answer"No," and tell you who did.Seven great songs, revealed in The Fullness of Time.
